[ELDK] make canyonlands_config

Hello Wolfgang,

My co-worker always mentioned canyonland.

The board we have is

How would I tell by the look of it if it is the sequoia board or not?

If you have a Sequoia board (which is the name of the Eval Board for
the 440EPx), you should use the sequoia version of the documentation.
