[U-Boot-Users] Cannot build U-boot after CVS update

Hello,

I've just done a cvs update to get the latest stuff. Unfortunately, it seems
that the drivers directory is missing a file, inca-ip_sw.c

It has been added into drivers/Makefile, but has not been added to CVS looks
like. Thus, the build fails. 

As a workaround I put an empty file there, but it would be nice if we get
the file into CVS.
