[U-Boot-Users] PATCH: Add support for Adder boards with 16MB SDRAM

The attached patch adds support for Analogue&Micro Adder boards with
16MB SDRAM (current configuration supports 8MB only). Also, added
support for second FEC on Adder87x board.
