[U-Boot-Users] [PATCH] allow imx serial driver to change baud rate

The imx serial driver currently always initializes to the baud rate
specified in the config file.  This patch changes the code to use the
baudrate from the gd structure.  It also rewrites initializer for the
fifo control register (which includes the baud rate prescaler)
