So, it's no "real" Walnut. Then the official Walnut U-Boot will probably not 
work for your board.

4xx U-Boot images need to get loaded at the "end" of flash. So a 256k image 
need to get loaded at 0xfffc0000.

As mentioned above, you have to program a 256k image to 0xfffc0000.
