U-Boot has generic x86 (486+) so there is no reason why it would not work
on a Pentium M CPU. I don't know if the Dothan has hyperthreading or dual
core, but the x86 port of U-Boot does not include multiple CPU support. I
doubt this will be a problem though, it will just use the first core
