[U-Boot] [PATCH] [85xx] Add eTSEC 1/2 IO override control definition

This adds missing tsec12ioovcr to include/asm-ppc/immap_85xx.h. It was
named "res14" (for "reserved") while tsec34ioovcr was properly there.
