[U-Boot] [PATCH] ARM: remove unused ATAG

ATAG_VIDEOLFB is not used anywhere.
The belowing warning is occurred due to this ATAG.

[    0.000000] Ignoring unrecognised tag 0x54410008

This patch fixed it.
