[U-Boot] Tegra T30 support, bootcounting and watchdog

Hi,

I would like to know whether U-Boot supports boot counting (through
CONFIG_BOOTCOUNT_LIMIT fag) and boot watchdog (through CONFIG_WATCHDOG
flag) on T30 platforms.
