[U-Boot] [PATCH v1 0/3] ARM: omap: clean GPMC macros

This patch cleans redundant and unused macros from various board-configs
and architecture specific header files.
Tested using: MAKEALL  -s omap 3  -s omap4  -s omap5  -s am33xx
              with $ARCH=arm && $CROSS_COMPILE=arm-linux-gnueabihf-
