[U-Boot] [PATCH 09/15] ddr: altera: sequencer: Pluck out IO_* macros from code

Actually convert the sequencer code to use socfpga_sdram_io_config
instead of the IO_* macros. This is just an sed excercise here, no
manual coding needed.
