[U-Boot] [PATCH 1/3] dts: popmetal: add usb host power supply node

The popmetal board using a HOST_VBUS_DRV gpio signal to control the
USB host port 5V power, add a fix regulator and pinctrl for it, and
enable the USB host1 controller at the same time.
