While trying to fix this up, I ran across another compile breakage:

arch/arm/cpu/armv8/fsl-layerscape/mp.c:114: undefined reference to 
`initiator_type'
arch/arm/cpu/armv8/fsl-layerscape/mp.c:123: undefined reference to 
`initiator_type'
