[U-Boot] sunxi: add device tree for Orange Pi R1 board

This board is very similar to the Orange Pi Zero boards, instead of the
USB port it has an USB to Ethernet adapter connected to the USB port and
by default it has a SPI flash, but this is still missing in the device
tree.
