As previously discussed, I'll merge this in its current form (i.e. duplicating code
and data structures) with a commitment (AFAIK there is work ongoing towards this
goal at Rockchip, but it will take a while to complete) to unify our DRAM drivers in
one of the upcoming merge windows.
