Knowledge of Equity Trading workflow and exposure to softwaredevelopment

methodologies.<br>

BA or BS degree and 5 to 7 years of systems developmentexperience, 3 to

5 years of which must be focused on designingand developing enterprise

class web-based systems. Experience with basic programming skills in the

Windowsenvironment. The ability tocooperate effectively with other

developers in the development ofshared code with uniform coding styles

and standards.<br>

As partof the architecture team, your responsibilities will

includeevangelizing web 2. Knowledge of Equity Trading flow with

exposure to softwaredevelopment methodologies.<br>

In this roleyou will work to improve and extend the reporting software

anddevelopment process through design and implementation. Strong

analytical andproject management skills.<br>

Prior experience in the financialindustry is a big plus. , including

their strengths and theirweaknesses. Server side developmentexperience

using Tomcat, SOAP, Servlets and other webtechnologies. Strong

communication and influencingskills.<br>

The scope of these responsibilities include notjust the main business

group, but also cross-business groupinitiatives.<br>

Experience with system administration of enterprise classschedulers.<br>

Experience must also include experience in a multi-location,

hightransaction, progressive IT environment within a financialservices

organization.<br>

Any experiencewithVB. Knowledge of electronic order routing, Equity

Trading andoperations. Solid skills inmultiple programming languages and

software technologies. Exposure to ACE with somefinancial industry

experience is a plus.<br>

Anyexperiencewith Spring, open source software like Hibernate,

EHCache,Tomcat, JBoss, etc. Experience implementing and managing

Sarbanes Oxley programs andcontrols at a senior management level and an

understanding ofBasel accords. Strong problem solving skills with the

ability towork independently. Experience operatingand maintaining ISS

RealSecure and Snort Intrusion DetectionSystems.<br>

Experience in high performance distributed and

multi-threadeddevelopment. Successful record managinglarge-scale

technology projects within budget and time estimates. In this role you

will beexpected to contribute to the overall enterprise SOA

architectureand directly support the different CIO's through

multipleintegration efforts. Knowledge of Equity Trading workflow.<br>
