Hi all,<BR>

I am using an at91rm9200ek type board which has got a davicom9161 chip for ethernet. I am not able to write the MAC address or read it from any register ( Specifically from u-boot).<BR>
<BR>
Even though the environment variables are set accordingly.<BR>
<BR>
setenv ethaddr 00:11:22:33:44:55<BR>
saveenv <BR>
<BR>
While booting from the flash the kernel shows the message<BR>
at91_ether: Your bootloader did not configure a MAC address.<BR>
<BR>
While booting from a NFS server the kernel does not show this kind of message.<BR>
<BR>
