No, it does not.
First, the ELDK is primarily a tool chain, while USB support is a
Linux kernel issue, and especially a board support issue.
The ELDK includes a copy of our Linux kernel source tree, but the USB
support for the 82xx in our tree is exactly the same as in the
kernel.org tree - i. e. non-existent.

There is none. If you need a working system, use an external USB
controller.
