Memory speed and bogomips have nothing to do with each other. Bogomips
is just a virtual CPU clocking number and can only be used to compare
CPUs of the same family (not even architecture).

As a ballpark number, you can expect some 50% better performance with
DDR on the 5200, compared to using SDRAM.
