ELDK means "Embedded Linux Development Kit", and the name says it all:
it's a tool kit to be used for Linux and related development.

Probably there is. But I don't know it - and the tool chain is only a
small part of the ELDK distribution, and you'd quickly run into
issues with the remaining parts - and the result would make no sense
because the tools would not run on Linux.
