Yes, sure we do know how to do that. Not only that, we wrote it doen
in the manual.

> $> rpmbuild -ba httpd.spec

This is NOT the doumented way to rebuild a target RPM.

Please RTFM, see section "3.8.2. Rebuilding Target Packages", and make
sure to mind the two bullets, too.
