[ELDK] lack of canyonlands.dts file....

Hello Wolfgang,

When I type the "make canyonlands.dtb" below, I get a lot of prompts for
what looks like it is setting up more configuration information.

Once the entire configuration was set (to the best that I could) I get
the following.

.....
..... too verbose for all the output
.....
#
# configuration written to .config
#
include/config/auto.conf:96:warning: symbol value '' invalid for
EXTRA_TARGETS
warning: (X86) selects PERF_EVENTS which has unmet direct dependencies
(HAVE_PERF_EVENTS)

make: *** No rule to make target `canyonlands.dtb'. Stop.
[root at MN linux-2.6-denx]# pwd
/data1/linux-2.6-denx
[root at MN linux-2.6-denx]#

(By the way: The above was executed on a 32-bit Fedora laptop.)

Thanks...Jim

See the manual, section 7.2. Flattened Device Tree Blob:
http://www.denx.de/wiki/view/DULG/LinuxFDTBlob

All you need to do is running

	make canyonlands.dtb

in the Linux kernl directory.

Are you sure? Are you really using a somewhat recent Linux kenrel
tree?

Best regards,

Real programmers don't comment their code. It was hard to write, it
should be hard to understand.
