[ELDK] zoneinfo directory

Hi, Denx team,

 

I am using ELDK 4.2 for PPC package. Where I may be able to find out any
documentation about files in ppc_8xx/usr/share/zoneinfo? The
subdirectory posix and right have duplicated files, what are they?
