[ELDK] ELDK v5.3 released

we have released ELDK version 5.3.

This release is based on Yocto v1.3 ("danny 8.0") and introduces
recent tools (like GCC 4.7.2, Binutils 2.22) and software (like
U-Boot v2012.01 and Linux v3.6.10).

Highlights of this release are the fact that ELDK is now again
relocatable, so it can be installed into arbitrary directories, and
the added support for a pure hard-float based configuration for
ARMv7a systems ("-mfloat-abi=hard -mfpu=neon") for optimal system
performance.
