[ELDK] ELDK v5.2.1 released

we have just released ELDK version 5.2.1.

This is a bug fix and update release for ELDK 5.2, which is based on
Yocto v1.2 ("denzil-7.0"). While ELDK 5.2 introduced recent tools
(like GCC 4.6.4, Binutils 2.22) and software (like U-Boot v2012.04.01
and Linux v3.3.3), this new version updates QT to v4.8.2, and fixes a
number of bugs (mostly Qt related).
