[ELDK] ELDK v5.1 maintenance update

To whom it may concern:

Anatolij Gustschin noted that ELDK v5.1 fails to build in recent
Linux distributions due to incompatibilities with the newer tool
chains used there.  He provided a patch, and pointed out another
commit from recent Yocto mainline that needs to be added.

These two commits have no been added to the ELDK git repository and
are available there in the  "eldk-rel-v5.1"  branch:

2dc943f   mklibs-native 0.1.33: include unistd.h to fix build for gcc 4.7
ed4c62f   gcc-4.6: fix build with gcc-4.7
