What's the requirement here, audio/video or quick sync-up ? If the
former, I feel it's barring non-native speakers from easily
participating -- not everyone can readily jump into fast-paced
conversation in English. If the later, IRC does that quite well,
cfr #u-boot on freenode. Maybe we need some private channel for that.
