If we do video we're going to use Zoom (https://zoom.us/) as it supports
Linux well along with Android/ChromeOS/iOS and is the only thing,
Hangouts included, I've managed to use with a number of other Linux
folks without spending a lot of time on the "is it working now?" part of
the call.  I have a paid account so we don't have to worry about
participant limits and it also supports recording so we can post the
meeting later for others to view.
