new co-maintainer for RaspberryPi

Hi all,

I'm happy to announce that Peter Robinson accepted to get a co-maintainer of the 
Raspberry Pi. I'll send a patch to update the MAINTAINERS file shortly.

I was trying to add him as a maintainer in the gitlab repository [1] but it 
didn't work right now. I wanted to ask what needs to happen so that he can be 
added with the role "maintainer".

It would be good to add him to this and any other relevant mailinglists (e.g. 
u-boot-board-maintainers at lists.denx.de):
