- start reading README 
- look at the other pxa250 board implementations
- add a new configuration (include/configs/foo) for your board, correct
  register values and memory timings included
- stuff in cpu/ should work out of the box
- stuff in board/ has to be adapted for your needs
- ask if you have further problems
