[U-Boot-Users] corrected [PATCH] mkconfigx against u-boot-0.4.5

Apparently, I sent the wrong file because it was too large.  Here,
again, is a patch for mkconfigx.  It generates dependency rule to
control rebuilding the configx.mk file.
