[U-Boot-Users] Patch: MII support for MPC8260ADS board

Hi,
I added MII command support to MPC8260ADS U-Boot port. Also on this
board, Ethernet PHY is configured by means of configuration pins in such
a way that it does not work at 100Mb/s. This patch fixes the problem.
