I'm always using the BDI2000 for downloads (so far, this will change once our 
piece is in a proper case).

Buf for some stuff, I'm using a self-compiled ckermit 8.0.201. I once even 
used the scripting capabilities of ckermit to connect to the BDI2000 (ckermit 
can do telnet and serial communication) and remote-control the BDI2000 to 
flash my target.
