I will _always_ resist a general cleanup just for having cleaned up
code. I want to keed a readable history of changes for the code. I
will not generally break this just to make the code better readable.
Whenever a functional change or bug fix is required to a source file,
I am willing to perform such a cleanup.
But no generic/global cleanup patches, please.
