[U-Boot-Users] adding a command to write to regiters

hello all,
      i am workin on a custom board.i want to add commands for writing and
reading to/from the CPU n PHY registers... can someone help me by telling me
what all is required to be done...also i want to add a command to read and
write boot n user flashes.... i need help on both.
