[U-Boot-Users] [PATCH] fix ATA for non ppc

AFAIK, cmd_ide.c is broken for non ppc boards.
The read/write functions does not add ATA base
address, which causes failure.

This patch solves that. It also contains
a patch for shannon board that will be broken
with this change.
