[U-Boot-Users] Patch: Support for Zephyr Engineering ZPC.1900 board

This patch adds support for Zephyr Engineering ZPC.1900 board. It's an
MPC8265 based board for developing applications using Motorola security
chips (MPC180, MPC184, MPC185, MPC190).
