[U-Boot-Users] MPC852T FEC ping fail

Hello All,

I am trying to get FEC up on a MPC852T processor based
board that has a Intels LXT971A Network PHY chip.
Connected as PHY Number 0. 

I am not able to get the "ping" requests and replies. 
Using "ethereal" to check the ICMP packets. But it is
not receiving any packets. 

The MII clock is 25 Mhz for 100Mbps. The PHY register
dump is as ....
