[U-Boot-Users] SDRAM autodetection patch for Debris board update

Hi,

This patch do the same as the last patch for Debris board,
and changes the value of CFG_MAX_RAM_SIZE 
from 0x10000000 (256M) to 0x20000000 (512M).
