  LBA48 fixes:  Fixes references to variables dev_desc->lba48support 
  (renamed to dev_desc->lba48) and dev_desc->lba48 
  (deleted, uses dev_desc->lba instead)
  Fixes typewarning on (*blockread) function in block_dev_desc
  when CFG_64BIT_LBA is set
