* Patch by John Kerl, 19 Apr 2004:
  Use U-boot's miiphy.h for PHY register names, rather than
  introducing a new header file.  Fixes a bungle in the previous
  patch.

Except that the new code is referencing a file  miivals.h  which  was
not included!!

Please submit a new patch to add this file!
