Why are you wasting your time?

The current version of U-Boot (top  of  tree  in  CVS)  supports  the
MPC885ADS right out of the box.

No. You can _configure_ more than one Etherenet interface, but U-Boot
can _enable_ only one Etherenet interface at a time. But if  you  set
CONFIG_NET_MULTI   in   your   board   configuration   it  can  (even
automatically) switch between any of the configured interfaces.
