This is a two step procedure.

The first step (which you actually should have done BEFORE posting)
is reading the manual, see http://www.denx.de/twiki/bin/view/DULG/Manual

In the second step, you type "dhcp" at the command  prompt.  Or  even
"help  dhcp"  if you really want to bother yourself with online docu-
mentation.
