[U-Boot-Users] [Patch#3/3]: New board support : RPXlite_DW

Third part of the patch-<board.h>.

Any unclear point,pls give me a reply when available.
For some of advanced features,like one binary image
support one more clock frequence automatically,I will
try it later.
