[U-Boot-Users] [PATCH] Add support for Logic LH7A400

This patch adds support for Logic's Zoom LH7A40x boards, specifically the 
LH7A400.

This board depends on changes to the smc91111 driver for working ethernet.  
I've submitted that patch seperately.

I apoligize if this mail is duplicated as we were experiencing network 
difficulties when I sent the original and it never seemed to have arrived.
