It is a RJ-11 (telephone style connector in the USofA), not a RJ45
(ethernet).  JP13 pin 1 goes to a MAX3223 R1IN, pin 2 to T1OUT, pin 3 is
unused, and pin 4 is ground.    JP14 has the same wiring to the MAX2332
R2IN, T2OUT.
