[U-Boot-Users] Bug in PXA get_timer function

There's a timer rollover bug in the u-boot PXA code, fixed by the 
attached patch.  Before this patch, timer events around the edges of 
the OSTimer rollover would calculate wildly incorrect values for 
get_timer(foo) where foo!=0.
