[U-Boot-Users] [patch] Updating for RPXlite_DW

Hi list,

I got the nudge from some folkes chatting with
Wolfgang about RESET/AUTOBOOT and did this patch. All
for updating RPXlite_DW board. I tried to remove
board/RPXlite_dw/README to doc/ but failed.

CHANGELOG:
* Patch by Sam Song, 11 October 2004:
  - Add RESET/PREBOOT/AUTOBOOT support for RPXlite_DW
board
  - Adjust CPU:BUS frequency rato 1:1 when core
frequency less than 50MHz
