Thanks for this hint. Uh, but my problem came out of
lacking the related configuration "CFG_CMD_I2C". From 
common/cmd_i2c.c, CFG_CMD_SDRAM is included in the
body
of CFG_CMD_I2C:-)

"Must be used with CFG_CMD_I2C" to show their
relationship?
