[U-Boot-Users] How to install U-Boot into IntegratorAP?

Dear experts,
    I've compiled U-Boot and wanna try if it works on the target
board. I got the ARM RVDS and Multi-ICE. How can I use it to install
the U-boot to flash memory and see if the compiled u-boot functions
okay?  Thank you!~
